一、报名类相关问题

I. Registration-related questions

1、 如何报名参加上海国际马拉松赛

（1）登陆上马网www.shang-ma.com完成注册并进行在线报名。

（2）下载上马APP完成注册并进行报名。可扫描下方二维码下载安装

1. How to enter for Shanghai International Marathon (SIM)?

(1) Log on the SIM website www.shang-ma.com to complete registration and enter for SIM through online registration.

(2) Download SIM’s APP to complete registration and enter for SIM. You can scan the QR Code below and then install.

2、以前注册过上马网/上马APP是否需重新注册

如果以前已注册过上马网/上马APP，报名时请使用原注册账号，而不必重复注册。

2. If I have ever registered SIM website or SIM APP before, do I need to register once again?

If you have ever registered SIM website or SIM APP before, you can use your original registration account, and do not have to register again.

3、注册上马网/上马APP后忘记密码如何操作

上马网可通过注册手机进行密码重置。上马APP可通过注册手机或邮箱进行密码重置。

3. What shall I do if I forgot my password after registering SIM website or SIM APP?

You can reset your password by registering with your registered phone number on the SIM website. With the SIM App, you can reset the password through your registered phone number or email.

4、注册成功后个人基本信息是否可以修改

如姓名、身份证件号码、性别、生日等个人基本信息一经提交不可更改，注册用户在确认提交信息前需仔细核实。

4. Can I modify my personal general information after successful registration?

Once submitted, the personal general information, such as name, ID Card No., gender and date of birth, cannot be changed, so you need to check carefully before submitting your general information.

5、如何认定报名是否成功

所有参赛者必须通过上马网（支持中英文）或上马APP（支持中文）进行在线预报名，待抽签结果公布后，获得参赛名额的选手通过“支付宝”或者“Paypal”（美金支付）进行在线缴费，完成缴费并显示成功报名页面，报名成功后请在指定时间自行下载并打印报名确认单。

5. How to know whether my registration is successful or not?

All participants must register online through the SIM official website (both Chinese and English versions are available) or the SIM APP (Chinese version only). After the balloting result is published, the eligible applicants shall pay online through “Alipay” or “Paypal” (US dollars). After the payment, the screen will show successful registration page. The eligible applicants are kindly requested to download and print the Registration Conformation Form at the appointed time.

6、关于运动员等级达标事宜

根据中国田径协会最新公布的《中国境内马拉松赛事组织标准》规定，只有中国田协主办的锦标赛和冠军赛可进行运动员等级达标申请，其他赛事不安排等级达标。2017上海国际马拉松赛未列入中国田径协会主办的锦标赛和冠军赛等赛事计划，因此今年组委会不安排运动员等级达标活动。

6. Athlete Standard Qualification Assessment

According to the latest regulations of “The Organization of Marathon Standards in China”, standard athlete qualification assessments are only available for tournaments and championships which are held by Chinese Athletic Association. 2017 SIM is not listed into the tournaments and championships held by Chinese Athletic Association, and so, the standard athlete qualification assessment will not be arranged by SIM Organizing Committee.

7、参加马拉松比赛，身体检查是否必要

马拉松是一项高负荷大强度长距离的竞技运动，也是一项高风险的竞技项目，对参赛者身体状况有较高的要求，参赛者应身体健康，有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础。并且组委会要求每一位参加上海国际马拉松赛全程马拉松的参赛者提交身体检查报告，经审核通过后，方允许参赛。提交的体检报告需比赛日1年之内方为有效（自2016年11月12日起至比赛日），相关马拉松赛事成绩证明无效。

7. Is it necessary to take physical exam prior to SIM?

The Marathon is an intense, long-distance competition that carries high risk to your health, and requires very high standards for all participants’ health conditions. All participants should receive professional training or be a long-distance runner on a regular basis in addition to being in good health. The Organizing Committee requires each participant of both full and half marathon to provide a physical examination report issued by a registered medical institution to certify that he/she is physically fit to run the race. The Medical Examination Report shall be valid within 1 years (from November 12, 2016 until the date of the competition), and the certificate about the relevant marathon performance is invalid.

8、是否先提交体检报告才能报名

在确认自己身体健康，有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础后，可先进行报名，待报名成功后下载报名确认单至当地政府卫生部门注册备案的医疗机构进行体检。领取装备时一并将加盖医疗机构公章的报名确认单提交至芯片号码布发放窗口，若体检不合格，组委会有权拒绝发放参赛装备。

8. Do I have to submit Physical Examination Report before I enter for SIM?

You can register first if you have received professional training or are a long-distance runner on a regular basis and in good health. After you register successfully and download the registration confirmation form, you could go to a registered medical institution to take a physical examination. When you pick up the race packet, please submit the registration confirmation form with the certified seal from a registered medical institution. The Organizing Committee shall be entitled not to give race packet to those who are off-grade in physical examination.

9、如何申领报名费发票

除报名上马公益的参赛者，其他选手可在领取参赛装备时至相关服务台领取报名费定额发票。

9. How to get the invoice of registration fee?

Except for the participants who enter for Shang-ma Charity, other participants can get quota invoice from relevant services desks when picking up the race packet.

10. How to enter for Shang-ma Charity?

Log on Shang-ma Charity website www.shang-ma.com to complete registration and enter for Shang-ma Charity online. The page will be stopped when the quota is full.

（2）享有前排起跑位置；

12、上马公益善款流向

所有上马公益报名费都将捐赠至上海市体育发展基金会设立的上马专项基金。上马公益将动员社会各界力量筹集资金，倡导体育精神，用于帮助社会弱势群体强身健体，推动群众体育等体育公益事业的发展。

12. Flow of funds raised by Shang-ma Charity

All the funds raised will be donated to Shang-ma Charity Fund established by Shanghai Sports Development Foundation. Shang-ma Charity will mobilize forces from all walks of life to raise funds and advocate sports spirit. The donated funds will be used to help the social vulnerable groups to keep fit, and promote the development of mass sports and other sports commonweal undertakings.

13、关于全程马拉松计时芯片押金

为更好的提高参赛者的赛事体验，本着相互信任的原则，组委会不收取计时芯片押金。赛后参赛者必须至相关地点退还芯片，当天未参赛者可于赛后10日内将芯片退还至组委会。若不归还将取消比赛成绩及2018年度上海国际马拉松赛、上马系列赛、上马SPEEDX系列赛参赛资格。

13. Full Marathon timing chip deposit

In order to better improve the participants’ event experience, in the principle of mutual trust, the Organizing Committee will not require timing chip deposit. After the race, the participants must go relevant places to return the timing chip, and those who do not join the competition can return the timing chip to the Organizing Committee within 10 days. Otherwise, the competition results will be cancelled and they would be disqualified for participating in 2018 Shanghai International Marathon, Shanghai Marathon Series and Shanghai Marathon SPEEDX Series.

14、报名成功后是否可以申请退赛

（1）成功报名的选手如因个人原因无法参赛的可申请退赛。申请者于2017年10月9日10:00至2017年10月15日17:00间提出申请，退还100%报名费。报名费将于提交退出申请后七个工作日内退回选手报名时支付的账户，2017年10月15日之后不可申请退赛。

（2）所有申请退赛的选手一经申请不可撤销，且不得再通过其他任何途径获取本次赛事名额。

14. May I apply for withdrawal after successful registration?

(1) After successful registration, the applicant can apply for withdrawal if he/she cannot join the competition for any personal reason. The applicant can submit the application for withdrawal from 10:00 am of October 9, 2017 to 5:00 pm of October 15, 2017. The registration fee will be fully refunded. The registration fee will be refunded to the payment account at registration within seven working days after the submittal of withdrawal application. However, withdrawal application is not allowed after October 15, 2017.

(2) Once withdrawal application is submitted, it is not allowed to be taken back, and applicant is not allowed to obtain the applicant quota from any other ways.

15、港澳台选手参赛除了护照，台胞证之类可否使用

可以使用护照、台胞证和回乡证，其他不可以。

15. Except for passports, whether Taiwan Compatriot Entry Permit and similar certification are valid for the participants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan?

It is OK with passport, Taiwan Compatriot Entry Permit and Reentry Permit, but other certifications are not acceptable.

16、若网上提交预报名申请后，可否更改其他参赛项目

不可以。

16. May I change my entry after the submittal of online pre-registration?

No, you can’t.

17、报名表在哪里下载

由于上海国际马拉松赛全部采用在线报名形式，因此不提供报名表下载。参赛者报名成功后可自行下载报名确认单。

17. Where to download Registration Confirmation Form?

Because only online registration for SIM is accepted, we do not provide registration form. The participant, after successful registration, can download Registration Confirmation Form by themselves.

18、是否可以团体报名

不可以，每位参赛者必须自行注册报名。

18. Whether group registration is acceptable?

No, each individual participant has to register for him/her own.

二、展示会相关问题

II. Exhibition-related questions

1、领取装备的时间和地点

报名成功的参赛者于2017年11月9至10日9:30-19:30、11月11日9:30-21:30携带报名确认单、身份证件原件、医院体检合格证明（10公里跑、健身跑无需提供体检证明）至上海世博展览馆（博成路850号）相应窗口领取比赛装备。

1. Time and place to pick up packet

After successful registration, the participants can pick up race packet from the corresponding windows at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center(SWEECC) (No. 850 Bocheng Road) by showing Registration Confirmation Form, original copy of ID Card, and physical examination report (not applicable for 10km Run and Mini Marathon) from November 9 and 10 (9:30 – 19:30) to November 11 (9:30 –21:30).

2、展示会是否设打印/复印点

不设。因报名确认单和医院体检合格证明组委会须予以留存，请参赛者务必提前打印报名确认单、复印医院体检合格证明，以便于更快地领取到参赛装备。若无法提供上述纸质版材料，组委会有权拒绝发放参赛装备。

2. Whether printing/photocopying services are provided at the SWEECC?

No. Because the Organizing Committee will retain the Registration Confirmation Form and physical examination report, the participants have to print the Registration Confirmation Form and physical examination report in advance in order to get packet quickly. For any participants who are unable to provide the hard copy of the above documents, the Organizing Committee shall be entitled to reject the release of packet.

3、比赛当天可否领取参赛装备

不可以。

3. May I get packet on the day of competition commences?

No, you can’t.

4、参赛装备的内容

装备包括：号码布、计时芯片（全程）、赛事纪念T恤、背袋等。

Bib number cloth, timing chip (Full), SIM souvenir T-shirt, backpack, etc…

5、如何选择自己的赛事纪念T恤尺码

展示会现场将会有明确的尺码对照表，同时也有样衣供参赛者参考。赛事纪念T恤尺码在领取参赛装备时现场选择，因部分尺码数量有限，请予以理解和配合。赛事纪念T恤一经发放，不予退换。

5. How to choose SIM souvenir T-shirt of my size?

Clear size checklist will be posted at the SWEECC. Meanwhile, sample T-shorts will be placed on site for reference. Choose the size of SIM souvenir T-shirt when picking packet. Because some sizes are limited, you are kindly asked to understand and cooperate with us. Once released, it is not allowed to replace or change SIM souvenir T-shirt.

6、是否可以帮参赛者代领参赛装备

不可以。

6. May I pick up the packet for other participants?

No, you can’t.

7、评定体检有效证明的依据为何，测评的主要项目为何

凡经当地政府卫生部门注册备案的医疗机构均可做常规身体检查（含专业体检机构），以上海国际马拉松报名确认单中体检记录栏所规定的体检项目为基础（主要为心率、血压项目,参考值为心率:90次/分，血压:140/90）。此外，单位的职工体检报告、学生所在校医院体检报告亦可作为体检记录有效凭证。

7. What types of physical examination are considered as valid? What are the main health categories to be examined?

All locally registered medical institutions, (including professional physical examination organizations), can perform the physical examination. The main health categories will be based on the required ones listed in the “physical examination” section within the SIM registration confirmation form. It includes heart rate and blood pressure (heart rate: 90 times/per minute; blood pressure: 140/90 for reference). In addition, a physical examination report is also valid if it is issued by designated hospitals for your employer or school.

8、健康证复印件可不可以用

不可以。

8. Can I use heath certification copy?

No, you can’t.

9、在领取装备时需要体检合格证明复印件还是只需要出示体检报告

组委会需要留存体检报告复印件，请参赛者同时携带报告原件和复印件。

9. When picking up race packet, do I need to show the original physical examination report or the copy?

The Organizing Committee may retain a copy of physical examination report. Thus, all participants should take both the original and the copy of physical examination report.

1、比赛日期及时间

2017年11月12日（星期日）上午7:00（雨天照常进行）。

2、比赛当天需提前多久到达比赛起点

参赛运动员必须于11月12日上午6：00到起点按竞赛项目及号码布分类/分区，分别进行排队集结。

2. How long in advance should the participants get to the start point of venue?

The athletes must arrive at the start point at 6:00 am of November 12 and corral as per items and letter assigned on bibs, and corral in lines.

3、关于比赛起、终点

起点：外滩金牛广场7:00发枪

终点：（1）全程：上海体育场

（2）10公里跑：复兴公园

（3）健身跑：上海展览中心

3. Start/ finish line of the race

Start: the Golden Bull Plaza, the Bund, shoot at 7:00 am

End: (1) Full: Shanghai Stadium

(2) 10 km: Fuxing Park

(3) Mini Marathon: Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center

4、比赛对参赛服装是否要求

建议穿着由组委会提供的赛事纪念T恤。

4. Is there any requirement for clothes to wear in competition?

The SIM souvenir T-shirt provided by the Organizing Committee is recommended to wear.

6、饮水饮料站分布

组委会在赛道沿线为各项目的参赛者准备了饮水饮料，具体的布点位置可参见马拉松展示会期间领取的《参赛须知》。同时，组委会亦允许参赛者自备饮料，要求参见《参赛须知》。

6. Distribution of drinks stations

The Organizing Committee will distribute drinks for all participants along the race courses. Please find the detailed information about each station in Things to Know for Contestants when you pick up the race packet during pick-up day. The Organizing Committee also allows participants to bring drinks during the race. Detailed requirements for the drinks can be found in Things to Know for Contestants.

7、获取成绩证书方式

全程马拉松参赛者请于网上成绩公示10天结束后登陆官方网站下载成绩证书，成绩证书下载时效为90天。

7. How to receive the certification of the races result?

Full Marathon participants can log on SIM website to download the performance certification 10 days after the performances are published. The valid period of time for download is 90 days.

8、起终点是否有自驾车停车区

组委会不提供自驾车停车区，临近起终点有部分付费停车场。因涉及道路临时交通管制，组委会建议参赛者或参赛者亲属、朋友等选择乘坐公共交通抵达起终点区域，起终点区域都有较为发达的轨道交通。

8. Is parking available at the start/ finish line?

The Organizing Committee will not provide car parks. You may find parking lots close to the start/ finish line. The Organizing Committee also suggests all families and friends travel to the finish line by taking public transportation due to the traffic controls on that day. There are convenient rail traffic around start/finishing line areas.

9、是否有起点集结区域

参赛者根据自己的竞赛项目及号码布上的分区字母，进入相应的起点集结区域。

9. Is there any start line correlation on the bibs with letter,

The athletes must arrive at the start point at 6:00 am and corral as per the articles and the letter assigned on bibs.

10、是否为参赛者提供存衣服务

组委会为参加全程马拉松的参赛者提供存衣服务，参赛者在起点将存衣袋寄存于相应的存衣车后至终点原存衣车领取自己的存衣袋。

10. Whether to provide lockers to the participants?

Yes, just for Full Marathon runners. They could put clothes in the storage vehicle, and then go to the finish line to get back your own clothes.

11、赛后是否有完赛补给食品发放

全程马拉松的参赛者可于赛后至终点完赛补给食品发放区领取食品一份。

11. Whether to offer food after the race?

Full Marathon runners go to the end point to get snacks after the race.

12、是否有纪念奖励

每位在规定时间内完赛的运动员（全程6小时15分、10公里跑1小时45分、健身跑1小时）可领取纪念奖牌一块。

12. Commemorative medals

Those who complete the race with prescribed time (Full 6 hours and 15 minutes, 10 m, 1 hour and 45 minutes, mini marathon 1 hour) can get a commemorative medal.
