China Ultra 100（杭州）参赛指南及领物通知

Warm greetings from Hangzhou.
Welcome to China Ultra 100, our first edition race will be in Hangzhou on November 14 and 15 (Next Saturday and Sunday). We will give you some VERY IMPORTANT information about the race in this email. And we have also made SOME CHANGES to the race. Please read it through carefully and let us know if you have any question.

大家好。欢迎大家报名参加第一届China Ultra 100的比赛。比赛将于下周11月14日和15日在杭州举行。在这封邮件里我们会给参赛选手一些非常重要的信息，还有关于比赛的一些变化。请仔细阅读下列内容，如果有什么问题请及时与我们取得联系。
THE CHANGE OF START
Due to the safety issues of the course at night, we have decided to do the race in the opposite direction. So we will start the race at Xixi Wetland Park and end the race at Yellow Dragon Cave by West Lake. The start will be at 7:00AM(one hour later) at Zhoujiacun Main Gate, Xixi Wetland Park. The 50K will finish at 7:30PM on Nov 14 and the 100K will finish at 11:00AM on Nov 15. More details please take a look of attached course map.
路线和起终点的变化
经过上周赛前最后一次赛道检查，处于夜间安全方面的考虑，我们决定比赛按照原有路线反向进行。所以我们将从西溪湿地出发，在西湖边的黄龙洞景区结束。起点在西溪湿地周家村主入口（大门口），出发时间为11月14日周六早上7点（比原计划晚出发一个小时）。50公里组将于11月14日晚上7点半结束比赛，关门时间为12小时30分。100公里组将于11月15日上午11点结束比赛，关门时间为28小时。具体的信息请参考附件中的路线图。
Accommodations and transportations
We are not going to provide accommodations to our competitors. Since the start and the finish of the race are not far away, we suggest you stay close to one of these two locations (Zhoujiacun Main Gate, Xixi Wetland Park and Yellow Dragon Cave near the lake)

We welcome all of our competitors and staff to attend Awards Banquet to share the moments with us. The banquet is complimentary to all of the competitors. If you have family or friends who want to come to the banquet with you, please do let us know and the entry fee to the banquet is 200RMB per person.

Mandatory Gear Check
Our staff will assist you to get through MANDATORY GEAR CHECK and fill in the mandatory forms, and then you will get your race bag and bib number. You are required to carry all of the mandatory gears during the race. You will not get your bib number and won't be able to start the race if you fail to get through the gear check.
You can check in on Nov 13 Friday or Nov 14 early morning before the race starts.

NOTE: 100K and 50K share the same list. We have added RED FLASHING LIGHT to 50K competitors.

Weather
The weather will be overcast and cloudy on November 14/15 in Hangzhou. We expect 17-20 degrees Celsius (62-68 degrees Fahrenheit) during the day and 10-12 degrees Celsius (50-53 degrees Fahrenheit) at night. Be prepared for the cold and there might be some chances of raining. We recommend you to bring warm clothes or waterproof jackets to keep you warm and dry.

Course
You will see many different terrains, including road, paved trails, dirt tracks, steps and trails. The course will be well marked but please still be careful of finding your way on the course. You will see the reflective tapes along the course during the night. Watch out your steps and be safe out there.

在整个赛道上你会跑过不同的路面和地形，包括公路，台阶，土路，茶园，原始森林等。赛道会清楚的标记，但在赛道上的时候还是应该自己识别以防跑错路。天黑之后您会在赛道上看到反光条，帮助您辨识方向。在赛道上的时候要小心注意，尤其是有些路段雨后湿滑，请慢行。入夜之后，建议参赛选手结伴前进。
Checkpoints and supplies
There are 9 checkpoints in total for the 100K and 4 checkpoints for the 50K. At each checkpoint, the staff will help you record your time and you can use toilets and have food, drinks as well as medical support in some checkpoints. There is a cut-off time at each checkpoint, competitors who fails to get to the checkpoint before the cut-off time will not be allowed to continue the race.
For 100K competitors, you can drop your race bag at the start line, get a change at CP5 Art Village and get your bag back at the finish.
For 50K competitors, you can drop your race bag at the start line but only can get it at the finish.
补给站设置及赛事补给
100公里的比赛设立9个补给站，50公里设立4个补给站。当到达每个补给站时，我们的工作人员会协助您打卡计时。您可以在补给站使用卫生间，得到餐饮，小食，饮用水和饮料等补给。在部分补给站，我们还配备了医生和急救人员。每个补给站都设置了关门时间，参赛选手在关门时间之后到达的，将会被关门然后不能继续进行比赛。
100公里的参赛选手可以在起点处存参赛包，在CP5可以领取参赛包换装换鞋，然后参赛包被运至终点。
50公里的参赛选手可以在起点处存包，但只能在终点结束比赛时方可领取。
高斯博运动防护和D&J运动康复工作室将在起点，CP2，CP5和终点设立防护站，为大家处理伤病，提供赛后拉伸等服务。其中高斯博运动防护会在起点为大家做运动预防，体验高斯博的运动防护产品。
