- a) 火车：从上海、杭州、宁波等重要城市有火车可以抵达宁海
- b) 飞机：最近的机场是宁波机场，然后从宁波换乘火车或巴士到宁海
- c) 巴士：从宁波、杭州有巴士到宁海
- 2、抵达赛事包发放地点、展览会和赛事起点
- 赛事包发放地点、展览会和赛事起点都在宁海县城区的西门城楼，步行或出租车可以抵达
- 3、比赛期间接驳车安排
- a) 参赛选手与其亲属均可免费乘坐接驳车；
- b) 组委会将于比赛当日安排免费接驳车往返于指定地点，安排如下：

- 2. To the Race Packet Pickup, Expo and Start
- The Race Packet pickup, race expo and Race Start are all located at West Gate, which is within walking distance with major hotels in Ninghai County. Or you can take a taxi to get there.

- a) All Racers and their relatives can take the shuttle bus for free;
