2017年Ultra-Trail Ninghai 将于10月14日举行，分100公里、50公里两个组别，报名工作全部结束。以下是八月份赛事简讯：

1. 报名人数：100公里组别报名人数588人，50公里966人。九月初公布参赛号码；
2. 名额转让：8月07日10:00-8月15日18:00 期间开放名额转让服务，请原报名选手将自己姓名和证件号码，以及受让人的所有信息（ 姓名、邮箱、证件类型、证件号码、手机号码、出生日期、性别、国籍、所在地区、紧急联系人、紧急联系人手机号码、选手姓名大写拼音、T恤尺码: S M L XL 2XL 、领物地址
   ）发邮件到 service@skyviewsport.com, 转让服务费为人民币100元，通过邮件发送的支付宝账户支付；
3. 姓名拼音修改：8月07日10:00- 8月15日18:00 期间，我们开放给所有选手修改姓名拼音的服务，以确保递交成绩给ITRA时是准确的信息，其中First Name 填写选手名字的拼音大写, Last Name 填写选手姓的拼音大写；
4. 轨迹：赛事线路的ITRA申请更新以及网站上地图更新、GPS轨迹下载，会在9月底前完成并公布；
5. 领取赛事包地址修改：8月07日10:00- 8月15日18:00 期间，我们开放给所有选手修改领取赛事包地址的服务，领取赛事包地址和相应的时间如下：

备注：

1. 无论在哪个地址领取赛事包，100公里组别需要检查强制装备，所有组别选手须本人凭注册身份证件原件领取，不能代领取。
2. 上述Salomon以及Suunto门店会为领取参赛包的选手准备定制化的优惠惊喜。
3. 以上涉及的姓名拼音修改、装备领取地址修改，须本人在赛事网站<报名>栏登录修改，或者点击本微信左下角<阅读原文>实现。修改流程：选手进入［报名］界面－点击上方［报名查询］－输入报名时的［证件号码］－［邮箱验证］/［手机验证］－［修改报名信息］。

Entry Transfer and Packet Pickup | Race Brief of August

2017 Ultra-Trail Ninghai will be held on October14. The registration of the two groups, 100KM and 50KM, has both been closed.Below is the race brief of August.

1. Entries: 588 people registered for 100KM group. 968 people registered for 50KM group. Bib numbers will be publicized in September.
2. Entry transfer: The entry transfer service will be available by 6 p.m,August 15. The trasferer will have to send his/her name and id number as wellas all information of the transferee to service@skyviewsport.com. The service fee of the transfer willbe 100RMB. Please pay through the alipay account sent with the email.
3. Modification of names in pinyin: Between 10 a.m, August 7 and 6 p.m,August 15 there will be service of modification of names in pinyin availablefor all participants to ensure that accurate information will be sent when therace time is submitted to ITRA.
4. GPS: The update of the race course’s ITRA application, map update and GPS track download on the website will be publicized before the end of September.
5. Modification of the race packet pickup address: Between 10 a.m, August 7and 6 p.m, August 15, there will be service of modification of the race packetpickup address available for all participants. The addresses and time to pickup the race packets are as below.

Remark:

1. Wherever you pick up the race packet, there will be mandatory gear checkfor 100KM group. Participants in both groups will have to show their original ID card used for the registration to pick up the packet.
2. The mentioned Salomon and Suunto stores will prepare specialdiscounts for participants who pick up race packets there.
3. The mentioned modification of names in pinyin and race packetpickup address will have to be done in person by the participants.
