报到须知

组委会从2016年11月2日9：00开始接受所有选手报到和发放参赛物品，同时发放房卡。
1、 报到时间：
60公里组报到时间：2016年11月2日9：00—17：30
42公里组报到时间：2016年11月2日和3日9：00—17：30
2、 报到地点：
四姑娘山镇嘉绒阳光大酒店大堂
3、 领物凭证：
个人身份证、军官证或护照的原件
一年内二级甲等以上医院体检证明原件
4、 物品列表：
号码布，两大一小，大号码布比赛途中佩戴于胸前和后背，小号码布用于寄存服务

5、现场签署责任告知书

注意事项：
1、60公里组仅限2016年11月2日当天领取，42公里组2016年11月2日和3日两天；
2、领取物品时请现场检查物品是否完整和设备有效性；
3、本次赛事参赛包不接受代领。
4、体检证明需证明没有以下疾病：
（1） 先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病；
（2） 高血压和脑血管疾病；
（3） 心肌炎和其它心脏病；
（4） 冠状动脉病和严重心律不齐；
（5） 血糖过高或过低的糖尿病；
（6） 孕妇；
组委会将在现场免费提供身体检测，凡经医生检查判定有不适合参加本赛事的疾病或潜在隐患，将强制退赛，报名费不予退还。（如有异议请参照《赛规程》竞第十条：仲裁与申诉）
5、每位选手在领取赛事包时，需交纳计时手环押金100元（人民币）和GPS设备押金500元（人民币），比赛结束后上交计时手环和GPS设备，并领取押金。如有遗失或损坏，将不退还相应物品押金。领取手环及GPS设备时须注意检查设备的有效性，未检验者组委会默认设备正常；




Race Site Check-in Information:

Participant reporting/check-in for the Race will begin at 9:00AM on November 2nd, 2016. Athletes can report, collect packets and pick up hotel room cards at this time.

60 km race check-in time: November 2^nd 9: 00-17: 30
42 km race check-in time: November 2^nd and 3^rd, 9: 00-17: 30

2. Check-in Location:
Mt. Siguniang Town, Jiarong Sunshine Hotel Lobby

3. Required information/materials for check-in:
Original version of Personal ID card, military ID or passport;
Provide an original copy 2^nd-class or higher health examination performed in the last year

4. Items to pick-up during check-in:
Race bibs: two large bibs to be worn on body for full duration of race; one small bib to be affixed to gear storage bag.

Race packet (race package, event clothing, visor, wristband)

5. Sign race waiver and release forms

Notice:

A. 60km race participants can only collect packets and check-in on November 2.
42km race participants can register on either November 2^nd or 3^rd.

B. When you collect your packet and the above items, please check that you’ve received all items and ensure normal operation of timing bracelet and GPS tracking device;

C. Race participants will not be allowed to collect packets or any other items for other runners.

D. An on-site verification of your health exam and physical check (if needed) will be done to ensure that participants do not have any of the following:

1, congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2, hypertension, and cerebrovascular disease;
3, myocarditis and other heart disease;
4, coronary artery disease and serious arrhythmia;
5, abnormally high or low blood sugar/diabetes;
6, pregnant women;
7, within the two weeks prior to race, athlete has suffered from cold or flu;
8, examining doctor otherwise determines athlete isn’t suitable to compete.

In addition, the race organizing committee may provide pre-race (as needed) and on-course on-going health checks to determine whether or not a participant’ health is suitable for him or her to start and continue racing. Those that don’t meet requirements will not be allowed to continue during the race. (If there are any objections, please refer to “Race Regulations” Section X: Arbitration and Appeal s)

E. Each participant when collecting their race packet will need to pay 100RMB deposit for his/her timing bracelet and a 500RMB deposit for the GPS tracking device. Upon approved receipt/handover of the bracelet and beacon after the race, the participant will receive his/her deposit back. If items are lost or damaged and participant is found to be at fault, the deposit will not returned. Please pay attention to and ensure normal operation of the timing bracelet and GPS device upon packet collection.
