1．选手必须靠自己的力量完成赛事。严禁借助其他选手或公众人士，以背、抬等方式前进，不得使用任何机动式或有车轮的交通工具，违规者将被取消参赛资格。

2．不论出于任何原因导致您无法在比赛发枪时及时赶到，您仍可继续参赛，但迟到造成的时间延误也将计入最终成绩；赛道上所有站点的关门时间同样适用于迟到选手；

3．选手须全程沿赛事规定的路线及行进方向完成比赛，所有打卡点均有成绩记录才能认证为有效成绩。抄近路者被举报并查实后，将被取消参赛资格。

4．严禁在跑道上乱丢垃圾，选手有责任确保自己将垃圾投进补给站设置的垃圾桶中。在赛道沿线随意丢弃垃圾被赛道工作人员发现者，您的参赛资格将被直接取消。

5．您的号码布必须佩戴在衣服的最外层，全程可见的身体前方，注意别让背包的肩带或其他衣物挡住您的号码布。（不然您的照片会无法做到有效的分组，影响您赛后的查找）

6．因不可抗力因素致使比赛不能按原计划进行时，赛事主办方有权更改比赛路线或时间。赛事主办方对本次比赛有最终解释权。

7．严禁转让参赛资格，与转让参赛资格有关的一切医疗救援、保险索赔等法律事宜，均由转让参赛资格的双方当事人共同承担全部相关结果及法律责任；替跑行为一经核实，双方将被赛事委员会取消参赛资格，并列入本赛事禁赛名单，同时将详情抄送中国田协及国际越野跑积分组织，以报告形式说明情况。

8．选手完赛后，经组委会核对计时系统，证实选手拥有所有打卡点记录，方可视为完赛，并获得完赛成绩及证书；缺少任意一个打卡点成绩记录的选手，均不算完赛，不发放成绩证书；

9．退赛选手无缘获得完赛奖牌、纪念品，及完赛证书；

10．选手随身佩戴的大号码布，是选手唯一参赛身份凭证，请妥善佩戴并保管，如有遗失，将无法参赛、不能在终点领取完赛奖牌、不能领取其他完赛纪念品；提请所有参赛选手注意！

1.The runner must rely on his own ability to complete the race.It is not allowed to be carried or lifted by other runners or public people to move during the race,shall not use any motor vehicles or transports with wheels,the violators will be disqualitified;

2.If you can't start your race on time for whatever reason, you can still race,but the caused delay will be counted in the time of your final result.

3.The result of your race is recognized effective only when you have all the passing through records for every single check point.The runner who is reported and verified to short-cutting the route will be disqualified.

4.It's forbidden to litter along the route.Each runner is responsible to make sure to throw the rubbish into the trash cans provided at every refreshment post.Every runner seen by officials throwing down their litter along the route will be disqualified.

5.The race number needs to be wore on the top layer of your outfits,make it visible in the front of your body in the whole process of the race.And make sure your number will not be covered by the backpack straps or any other clothes.(Otherwise, your photos will be unable to recognize, unable to be searched for on the website after the race .)

6. The race due to any force majeure factors cannot continue with the previous plan,the organization reserves the right to stop the event underway or to modify the course and the time barriers.The event organization reserves all the right for the ultimate interpretation.

7.It's forbidden to transfer the qualification.To transfer the qualification,any medical rescue assistance,insurance claims and other legal matters,the causing consequence and legal liability shall be borne by the seller and buyer.Once to be verified,the both sides will be disqualified and blacklisted by the event.At the same time,the details will be sent to the CAA(Chinese Athletic Association) and the ITRA(International Trail Running Association),by the form of a report.

8.After the competitors finishing the race,the organizing committee will check the timing system.A runner finish the race with all his passing through records is regarded as a finished.And the runner who lacks any one records of the check points is regarded unfinished,cannot receive the race certificate.

9.The runner who abandon the race cannot receive their metal,gift and certificate.

10.The main race number cloth which will be carried during the race is the only proof of your identify.Please keep it and wear it in the correct manner.If lost,you will not be able to compete or to get your metal and gift at the finish.To remind all the competitors!

主动退赛及强制退赛

1．如果您做出退赛决定，您必须告知距您最近的补给站志愿者，并填写退赛登记表格，等待搭乘收容车返回起终点；

2．为对其他选手公平起见，比赛期间，您必须全程携带自己参赛组别的强制装备，组委会工作人员会进行随机抽查，一旦发现您缺少组委会要求的强制装备，您将被强制退出比赛，为保证您的参赛安全和参赛资格，请确认您按照组委会规定携带好所有强制装备。

3．如果您未能在各站点的关门时间前到达，请遵从赛事工作人员的指示停止前进，并作退赛登记，等待收容车载您返回起终点。如您执意继续跑完赛程，请在工作人员处签署相应免责文件，并自行承担一切后果。

1. If you decided quit when you on the race, you must tell the nearest volunteer, sign on the quit form and waiting for the shuttle bus pick you back to start point.

2. To be fair and safety, you should have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race. The Organizing Committee will be random check, If you lack any thing of mandatory equipment, you will been quit from race immediately;

3. If you can not finish before the close time at each of check point, please quit the race as remind from volunteers, sign on the quit form and waiting for the shuttle bus pick you back to start point. If you must finish the race on your own, please write clearly as a statement that you bear all the consequences by yourself;

安全保障及注意事项：

1．为保障安全，选手不可接受赛会官方补给站以外的补给支援；

2．主办方会在赛前提供一份完整的补给物资清单，列明每个支援站可取用的物资种类。选手不能带走补给站内的水瓶、罐子或杯子，饮水请自备盛水器具。

3．所有选手可在赛前将行李寄存于起终点，贵重物品和现金请随身携带，如有丢失主办方不负责任，赛后凭对应号码布取回寄存物品。

4．经过公路赛段时，选手须在人行道上进行比赛，没有斑马线时穿越公路要注意来往车辆，无人行道的路段请小心避让行驶车辆；

5．选手在比赛中出现紧急情况急需救援时，请拔打参赛号码布上的救援电话，与救援人员通报情况，所在位置，组委会将尽快安排相应救助；

6．在救援人员无法迅速到达的偏僻山区，需要等待救援的选手尽一切可能先行开展自救，避免失温及二次受伤，并尽量移动到安全位置，等候救援。

7．赛会将为每一位选手统一购买保险;

8．选手要建立环保意识，在比赛过程中注意保护赛道沿线的环境，不损害花草树木，请自带垃圾袋不乱扔垃圾。

9．请选手注意参赛礼仪，经过村庄时，要文明礼貌，不得践踏农田、果园，不得骚扰村民的家畜、家禽。

10．在比赛过程中严禁选手吸烟，一经发现将被取消比赛资格；引发后果者，将由有关部门按法律规定进行处理。

11．如在赛道上遇到受伤选手，请尽量给予帮助，并及时联系赛事工作人员；

12．为了在户外环境中更好的自我保护，请严格遵照赛会要求携带强制装备；

1. To ensure the safety of all participants, food supplies outside the official support are unacceptable.

2. The official support will provide all participants with a complete list of supplies before the game, setting out the types of materials available at each support station. Participants can not take any bottle, can or cup away, but can bring your own drinking appliances.

3. All participants can store the luggage at the final. Please carry the valuables and cash with you, while the official support is irresponsible for any loss. Remember to get your storage items using your bib number.

4. When passing the highway, participants must run on the sidewalk. When there is no zebra crossing, keep caution to pass the road and avoid traveling vehicles carefully.

5. When emergency needed, participants should call the entry number on the cloth, and inform the location to the worker. The official support will arrange assistance as soon as possible.

6. In the remote mountainous areas where rescue can not quickly reach, the participants who need help must carry out self-help to avoid hypothermia or secondary injuries, and try to move to a safe place, waiting for rescue.

7. The official support will purchase insurance for every participant.

8. All participants should build a environmental awareness. During the game all should care to protect the environment along the track, without damaging flowers and trees. Also bring your own garbage bags in cace of litter.

9. All participants should be polite when passing the villages. Do not trample farmland or orchards. Do not disturb livestock and poultry of villagers.

10. During the game smoking is prohibited. Once discovered, the participant will be disqualified. If bad result occurs, the relevant departments will deal with it according to the law.

11. When meet injured participant on the track, try to give a hand and contact the event staff.

12. In order to protect yourselves outdoor better, please follow the required instruction and carry mandatory equipment.
